The good folks over at Toy Galaxy posted their latest video in their “History of” series on YouTube on Laser Tag! This is a great watch and will stir deep reservoirs of nostalgia for those of us who remember those early days of Laser Tag in it’s infancy. Laser Tag has been around much longer than most of us think and it’s still alive and well today with innovations spanning the gamut from Tactical, to integrated systems that work with your smart phone. What’s interesting to me is the lack of awareness around the newest and, in my opinion, best Laser Tag systems. If you’re interested in a deeper dive into the history of Laser Tag, the Laser Tag Museum is a good resource though not up to date as there is no mention of any of the newest systems. Their timeline ends in 2013.
The video above is a great primer on the history of Laser Tag but make no mistake; there is much more out there! The system we use from the guys at Battle Company is leaps and bounds ahead of anything you might have played in the past. The cost of these new systems (especially the commercial versions) aren’t practical for your typical consumer and this is where Battlebeamz comes in. We want to offer unique experiences using the latest Laser Tag equipment at a price that is accessible to anyone (less than what you would pay at your typical arena). Being a mobile operator allows us to bring the game to our customers offering an unparalleled level of convenience and customization for gameplay.
Drop us a line on our contact form or give us a call. We would love to have the opportunity to answer your questions and explain how we make unforgettable experiences with Battlebeamz.
